Help Download speed is slow...

No limit, torrent is good, tracker available. Network is 30MB/s

But Download speed drops rapidly after a certain amount of time(about 5 mins)

And Download speed from every user is limited in the same low speed...

I don't know if I set anything wrong... Thank you!

Seems like you set some limit or your ISP is throttling TCP connections.
But in this case you could have exactly same speed from one peer instead one torrent file.

Make sure scheduler in UI is OFF
Limits are off.

All default settings. no change. issue still there

I think maybe it is due to my disk to slow?? I am downloading 3 torrents at the same time.
